HCC offers new classes in Creative Arts Building

Haywood Community College’s Workforce Continuing Education Department will offer a number of classes in the Creative Arts Building in the coming weeks. This is a great opportunity to start a class to learn something new. From fiber spinning to ribbed baskets, there’s something for everyone. Listed below are some of the choices available in this beautiful and inspiring facility:

Beginning Fiber Spinning is 6 to 9 p.m. and begins March 12.

Dyeing for Spinners and Knitters is 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and begins March 15.

Spinning Tech is 6 to  9 p.m and begins March 20.

Go Big Ribbed Baskets is 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and begins March 22.

Metal Bead Workshop is 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and begins March 22.

Egg-stravagant Ornamentation is 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and begins March 25.

On the Table (clay) is 2 to 5 p.m. and begins March 26.

Egg-stravagant Ornamentation is 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and begins March 29.

Basics of Knitting is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and begins March 31.
