HCC’s Timbersports Team took first place at the John G. Palmer Intercollegiate Woodsmen’s Meet held at the Cradle of Forestry recently. The team went up against North Carolina State University, Virginia Tech, Penn State Mont Alto, Montgomery Community College, and Warren Wilson College. HCC finished with a score of 142. Penn State came in second with a score of 69 and NC State finished third with 65 points.
