Heavenly Grounds, a new coffee house, at 100 Spicewood Dr., off Hospital Drive, in Clyde, has opened for business. The coffee shop is between Mountain Medical Associates and Blue Ridge Dermatology.

“We are a small but comfortable coffee house and offer free Wi-Fi,” said owner Mitzi Davis. “We welcome you to come and sit in our comfortable chairs and enjoy coffee and a pastry. Our expert Baristas can make your favorite Latte' Cappuccino or Frappe' the way you want it.”

Menu items include cheese Danishes, bagels, muffins and fresh baked scones. We have freshly brewed tea, real fruit smoothies, chai or hot tea and candy apple spice, hot or cold. The coffee house serves Smoky Mountain Roaster Coffee.
