The next meeting of the Hugh Rogers Chapter of the DAR will take place Saturday, Jan. 12 at 2 p.m. at the Shook House,178 Morgan St., in Clyde. The guest speaker will be Darlene Laughter from the Charles George VA Medical Center, who will be presenting a program on veterans and the role of the VA. Anyone interested is welcome to attend.
