1943 – 2012

CLYDE — Jayne McCracken Rhinehart, 69, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012 at MedWest Haywood.

A native and lifelong resident of Haywood County, she was a daughter of the late Hugh Love and Hannah Mae Duckett McCracken. Jayne was a dedicated member of Clyde Central United Methodist Church and for many years, she was very active in the hospitality committee. She will be remembered as a kind, compassionate person always thinking of others before herself. Jayne also was a wonderful cook.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Ray Rhinehart; two sisters, Kittie Smart and her husband, Bob, of Clyde, and Teresa Chason and her husband, David, of Canton; two brothers, Dan McCracken and his wife, Judy,  and Bob McCracken and his wife, Judie, all of Clyde; a very special ...
