Jessi Howe has joined Indigo Salon in Waynesville where she will specialize in color, highlights, cutting, smoothing treatments and pedicures.
Howe and her family recently relocated from North Florida, where she has worked in the hair industry for the past 20 years. She is a veteran cosmetologist and salon and spa owner.
Howe will be offering a free haircut with all color and highlight services.

I was fortunate to have Jessi highlight and cut my hair last Thursday. She did an awesome job!
