MAGGIE VALLEY – Jimmy Sutton, 57, of Maggie Valley passed away Sunday, July 29, 2012, at his home.

A native of Maggie Valley, he was a son of the late Houston and Hazel Rich Sutton.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers, Harry Sutton and Randy Sutton.

Surviving are his brothers, Nathaniel Sutton and Ricky Sutton, both of Maggie Valley, and Sammy Sutton, and his wife, Judy, of Waynesville; sister-in-law, Denise Sutton, of Maggie Valley, and several nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
