CLINTON — Mr. Johnnie Wayne Noland, 63, of Clinton, died Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, at Wayne Memorial Hospital, in Goldsboro.
The funeral service was held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 22, at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home Chapel in Clinton, with Mr. G. W. West officiating. Interment followed in Grandview Memorial Park in Clinton.
Mr. Noland, born in Waynesville, was the son of the late John Cordell Noland and Mary Susan King Noland, and was the husband of Bonnie McLamb Noland. He was a self-employed building contractor and a member of Hillsberry Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Bonnie McLamb Noland, of the home; two children, Jeffery Stewart Noland, of Tampa, Florida, and John Christopher Noland, of Clinton; two brothers, Jerry Cordell Noland and Donald Jerome Noland; a sister, Linda Noland King; grandchildren, Samantha Noland, Christian Noland, Samantha Dawn Noland, Madison J’anet Noland, McKenzie Stuart Noland, Ashley Wray Noland and Tyler James Nunnery. Also surviving are uncles, Bill D. Noland and Mack W. Noland; aunts, Jo Ann Noland and Phyllis N. Damour, of Waynesville, Mabel A. Manus, of Gainesville, Texas, and Juanita Noland Coldiron, of Lake Junaluska.
