JVE to hold ‘Fall Festival’ Oct. 18

Jonathan Valley Elementary will hold its Fall Festival on from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18   Activities will include silent and live auctions, balloon yo-yos, adult and children’s bingo, a cake walk, craft, face art and painting, games, glow necklaces, hair chalk, extensions, feathers, faux mo-hawks for boys, inflatables, Solider Sick Bay and tattoos.

The Hill Country Band will be performing.

Attendees are asked to bring non-perishable, “kid-friendly” food items to donate to Manna Food Bank.  All food donations will be distributed back to the Haywood County school children and their families.

Mums will be sold as well as Panther hoodies and T-shirts, paw print hair bows, magnets and tattoos.

There will be cotton candy, popcorn, food, desserts and drinks available for all to enjoy.  ...
