Johnny Keesee has been hired as general manager of The Swag, announced Deener Matthews, owner and innkeeper.   Keesee, a west Waynesville resident, joins the mountain top inn as it gears up for its 32nd season.
For the past 10 years, Keesee served as the executive director of the Lake Logan Episcopal Conference Center near Canton.  Prior to moving to Western North Carolina, Keesee and his wife, Fran, were longtime farmers in Clarksdale, Mississippi, before selling their property and purchasing a home in the Plott Creek area.
