Kiwanis Club barbeque is Oct. 5

The 48th annual Waynesville Kiwanis Club barbeque benefiting the children of Haywood County will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 5, at the Waynesville Rec Center, 550 Vance St. Walk-up and drive-thru service are available and lunch deliveries may be made from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Tickets are $10 at the door or are available from Kiwanis Club members. Call 246-2303.
