CANTON — Lavonda Darlene Shepard Christopher,  49, passed away  Monday, Oct. 8, 2012.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband of 24 years, A. Lee Christopher; a son, Jonathan Lee Christopher. of Canton; a sister, Karen Lachelle Shepard. of Candler; and her best buddy, Boomer Christopher.

A memorial service will be held Thursday.
