Zach Lennane, a Tuscola High standout,  participated in tournament showcase baseball with the Sedalia-based Dirtbags 15-and-under Baseball Club this summer.
Impact Baseball/the Dirtbags provided challenging opportunities for competition throughout the state of North Carolina in eleven tournaments during the 2012 summer season.
Hosting the showcase tournaments were University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, North Carolina State, Wake Forest, Appalachian State, Wingate,  Elon University, Belmont-Abbey, University of North Carolina at Asheville to name a few.   
Lennane commitment, hard work and skills have allowed him to showcase his talent as a hitter, pitcher and first baseman.  
Lennane hit several homers during the season. He also had outings on the mound and in the field at first base.
