Lens Luggers will host a Wildflower Clinic from 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday, April 16, at the Old Armory Rec Center at 44 Boundary Ave.

Topics covered will include how to make lenses focus closer; selecting the right lens for close shots; making an image with special points of power; lens length controls the background; and ways to control natural light.
The clinic will be taught by Bob Grytten, an award-winning photographer, whose work has been published in International Wildlife Magazine, Outdoor Photographer Magazine, Mountain Living Magazine, Nature Photographer Magazine and others.
Participants should bring their cameras and lenses. This may also be a good opportunity to look at different equipment options prior to acquisition. After the morning discussion, we will shoot flowers in the same room or outdoors, so bring your tripods.

The cost is $45 for advanced registration or $55 at the door. Space is limited. For registration or more information, call Grytten at 627-0245 or e-mail bobgry@aol.com.
