Davis supported by anti-education interests
To the editor:
Jim Davis supporters from Raleigh have been flooding our mail boxes with attack flyers against John Snow.
The Davis campaign got almost as much money from a single special interest anti-public education PAC than most of the local contribution from Haywood County.With all the money coming in from outside of WNC for Jim Davis, who do you think he will really represent if he get reelected?
Vote for John Snow. He will represent the real interests of WNC, not those of special interests.

Breakfast is paid for with tax money
To the editor:
I take exception to the headline on the front page of last Wednesdays paper. The breakfast for all is not free. It is paid for by tax dollars.
