Local author Nelson to speak on county folklore

Louise Nelson, local author of country folklore and books about Haywood County, will speak at 2 p.m. for four weeks beginning Friday Feb. 15, at the Senior Resource Center, 81 Elmwood Way, in Waynesville.  Nelson will talk about growing up in Haywood County, one room school houses, country doctors and more. Her talks will be Fridays, Feb. 15 and 22 and March 1 and 8.  For information, call 452-2370.
