Pisgah Booster Club Golf Tournament
Hometown Hardware is sponsoring the 2014 Pisgah Booster Club Golf Tournament, which will tee off at 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 4, at the Waynesville Inn Golf Resort and Spa. The golf event is a four-man Captain’s Choice and the cost to enter is $360 per team. In addition, there will be prizes for closest to the pin and longest drive, door prizes and a dinner at the conclusion of the golf tournament.

Bethel Football and Cheer signups
The Bethel Youth Organization is conducting signups for the upcoming 2014 season from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, July 26, at the Bethel Middle football field.  At each signup, a registration fee of $40, a certified copy of a birth certificate and a recent photo is required.

Lake Junaluska Football and Cheer Camp starts Monday
The Lake Junaluska Warriors Football and Cheer Camp will be July 29-31 at Warrior Field.  

Free Mountaineer Football/Cheer Camp

The Waynesville  Mountaineers youth football team will host the third annual Mountaineer Free Football/Cheerleading Camp from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, July 28 through Thursday, July 31, at Jonathon Valley Elementary School.

First Pisgah Alumni Baseball Game
Pisgah High will be holding the first Pisgah High School Alumni Baseball game, beginning at 4:30 p.m., on Saturday, Aug. 2, at the Charles Thomas Wells Complex in Canton. Any current and former players of Pisgah high school are invited to participate. Players will be required to pay a registration fee of $50 to cover hat, shirt and umpire costs.
