Look out for shoplifter

The Downtown Waynesville Association just sent out the following alert.

BEWARE:  SHOPLIFTER

Be on the look-out for a female, tall, dark hair, late 30s, wearing a short black leather jacket and black leggings with a tan shirt hanging out from under jacket.
