CANTON — Lucille Trull Hicks, 92, passed away Monday, Dec. 31, 2012, at Aston Park Health Care Center in Asheville.

A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Octavia Melton Trull.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, Troy Ford, who died in 1992, and her second husband, Mills Hicks, who died in 2006.  Lucille was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.

She is survived by a son, Darryl Ford, of Asheville; a step daughter, Lynn Sellars, and her husband, Steve, of Weaverville; a step son, Doug Hicks, and his wife, Sharon, of Candler; two brothers, Donald Trull, of Texas and Arnold Trull, of Leicester; two step grandchildren; and two step great-grandchildren.
