CHESTER, South Carolina — Mrs. Lucinda Muriel Carver, 80, passed away Sunday, Feb. 12, 2017, at her home.
A visitation in Rock Hill, SC, will be from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m., Friday, Feb. 17, at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, and other times at the home.
Services for Mrs. Carver will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, at Crestview Baptist Church, 3258 Pisgah Drive, Canton, with the Rev. David Trull officiating. Burial will follow at Cruso United Methodist Church Cemetery, 11653 Cruso Road, Canton.
The family will receive friends from noon until time of service at the church in Canton on Saturday.
Mrs. Carver was born in Canton, the daughter of the late Clarence M. and Thelma Lee Green Trull. She was of the Baptist faith and a fun-loving mother and homemaker.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Carver was preceded in death by her brother, Clarence Junior Trull; her sister, Janet Plemmons; and her grandsons, Joshua Carver and Todd Yarborough.
Mrs. Carver is survived by her sons, Gene Carver (Wanda) of Rock Hill, Larry Carver of Edgemoor, SC, and Calvin Carver (Lisa) of Winnsboro, SC; her daughter, Renne Copeland (Steve Mobley) of Lowrys, SC; her adopted daughter, Cathie Miller of Humble, TX; her brothers, Charles Trull of Ora Valley, AZ, and Benny Trull of Canton, NC; her sisters, Mary Anne Smith of Chester, SC, and Nancy Cagle and Freida Babb both of Canton, NC; and her 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
