CLYDE — Mrs. Lula Jane Justice Franklin, 67, of the Crabtree Community, passed away Feb. 14, 2012, at Mission Hospital. She was born in Haywood County to the late William Thomas and Mary Sue Bryant Justice. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Franklin; a brother, Sherman Justice; and a sister, Marietta Clubb.

Survivors include her son, James Robert Justice, of Clyde; daughter, Mary Jane Mathis, of Bryson City; several step-children; brothers, Allen Justice, and his wife, Martha, of Waynesville, Jake Justice, and his wife, Ruth, of Waynesville, Junior Justice, of Clyde; sisters, Oma Lucille Bailey, of Leicester, and Lizzie Beasley, of Waynesville; grandchildren, Andy Franklin and Jody Mathis, of Sylva, Joey Justice and Jonathan ...
