A Waynesville man faces felony charges after exposing himself to 5-year-olds playing outside his home.

According to police reports from the Waynesville Police Department, 25-year-old Kevin Edward Brisbane, of 78 Maxima Lane, was arrested July 23 after a mother called police about a neighbor who was standing naked at his window.

Two children playing nearby saw Brisbane was naked and saw pictures from magazines being thrown out the window. The images were pornographic.

When approached by police, Brisbane said he did not know there were children outside.

He was charged with two counts felony indecent exposure to someone under the age of 16 and jailed under $5,000 secured bond.
