Our Granny Liford

CANTON — Mary Jane Earley Liford, 85, of Canton, entered into the arms of Heaven’s angels Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013.

Mrs. Liford was born June 4, 1927, in Haywood County to the late Randolf Earley and the late Inga Rebecca Cathey Earley. She was a lifelong resident of Canton and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  Her spiritual faith played an important part in her life and she was a devoted member of Mountain View Church of God.  Mary enjoyed “going out to eat” with her friends and family and she always felt blessed with happiness when she was surrounded by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
