WAYNESVILLE —  Mary Sauka Allbach, 91, passed away Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013, at Autumn Care.

A native of Erie, New York, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Sophia Yonkauska Sauka and was also preceded in death by her husband, William Gilbert Allbach  II, who died in 1996.  She was a member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church.

She is survived by two sons, William Gilbert Allbach III, of Bensenville, Illinois and David Woodward Allbach (Welynn), of Enka; four siblings, Annie, Joseph, Martha and Michael; two grandchildren, Jonathan Allbach (Jamie) and Lauren Williams (Corey); and two great-grandchildren, Creighton and Carleigh Williams.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 8, at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church with Fr. Timothy P. McRee officiating.
