The Master Gardener Association meeting this week will be open to the public, with Hunter Stubbs from BB Barnes in Asheville talking about slope planting. The meeting begins at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, at the Extension Office, 589 Raccoon Road. There will be a short business meeting before the program. Call Tim Mathews at 456-3575.
