The Inspired Art Ministry, Inc. (Iam) will offer Ed Kelley’s Digital Photography course for intermediate and advanced photographers. Photography classes of this caliber don’t come to small towns often and they are expected to  fill quickly. To secure a place contact Char at charspaintings@msn.com, 456-9197 or sign up and pay at www.iamclasses.webs.com. There are also more details about the course at the website. For more information about course content, you can contact Ed directly at ed@theridgerunner.com or 226-1062.

Classes will be held at the First Baptist Church (MAC Building), 100 S. Main St., Waynesville.  Classes offered are 1:30 to 4 p.m. and 6:30 to 9 p.m. starting April 23, every Tuesday for four weeks. Tuition is $145.

Kelley shares his presentation via computer slides on a large screen so everyone can get a clear understanding of the material. Students will learn everything from getting a better understanding of their camera and lenses, through what settings to use to achieve the results you want, on to processing and storing your images.  Students will need a camera that has a manual setting or a manual override on a point-and-shoot.  Attendees will appreciate viewing Kelley’s own photograph,s as he explains how they were made.

Photographers won’t want to miss thisopportunity.
