Loving Father

BETHEL — McKinley Paul Burris,  90, of Pigeon Road, passed away Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, at his residence.

A native of Graham County, he had resided in Haywood County for the past 61 years.  He was the son of the late George and Myrtle Crisp Burris.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters; five brothers; and two great-grandchildren.  McKinley was owner of Burris Landscaping and a member of Panther Creek Baptist Church in Graham County.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, working and watching the Atlanta Braves.
