Melissa Moss, assistant chaplain at Medwest Haywood and volunteer at the Senior Resource Center, will teach a class aimed at developing a more healthy brain and consequently a more healthy body. Meditating daily is just one of the key exercises that does a body good. Attend and plan to become more skillful at directing attention, thinking more clearly, managing feelings, motivating yourself, becoming more resilient and calming thoughts. Class will last for six weeks. No reservation needed.
