By Waynesville Parks and Recreation Department | Jan 30, 2013

The new Zumba Ripped exercise class that takes place on Saturday mornings from 11 am to noon at the Waynesville Recreation Center has become so popular that two additional classes have been added. The additional classes will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 pm beginning February 5.

This mega intense, body sculpting workout will leave you toned and sweating! The total workout is 60 minutes but divided into two parts

The first 30 minutes is high energy Zumba and the last 30 minutes is ripped. Ripped stands for Resistances, Intervals, Power,
Plyometrics, Endurances, and Diet!  We will use weights, bands, steps, and floor mats to hit every problem area.

The class will be taught by Ms. Diana McKnight. It is free to members or daily admission for non-members. For more information please call the Waynesville Recreation Center at 456-2030 or email recprograms@townofwaynesville.org
