RoadRUNNER Magazine will hold its 11th annual touring weekend July 12 to 13 at the festival grounds in Maggie Valley.

Like-minded motorcyclists meet for a long weekend of riding, seminars, and making new friends. Though this is a closed event for the most part, it will be open to the public at the following times:

• 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, July 12 — free entry. There will be presentation at 9 a.m. from Dale Walksler, Wheels Through Time owner, vendors representing a variety of products and services for motorcycle touring enthusiasts, and demo rides from KYMCO USA all day long.

• 4 to 11 p.m. Friday, July 13 — $10 entry fee. There will be a cash bar on site, seminars — The Motorcycle Camping Experience (8 p.m.), Mentoring the New Rider (8:30 p.m.), and live music from Two Old Guys ...
