In response to the wild popularity of the Fox TV hit GLEE, MusicWorks has developed a new “show choir,” for interested young people who love to sing.  The goals of this class are to provide a place for kids who like to sing popular music in a fun and hip style, to form a strong ensemble, and create a tour-able performance troupe to promote the performing arts and the super vocal talents of youth in our area. Members of this class will learn basic dance and movement skills and attention will be given to promoting healthy, proper vocal techniques for young developing voices.  The group will be directed by Lynne Meyer. 

The "Glee Jr. Showchoir" is designed specifically for grades 4-7pm.  It will meet on Tuesday evenings beginning Jan. 17th from 5:15-6pm.  The cost of the class is $38.00 per month.  Anyone interested in joining this exciting group should contact the MW office at 456-2283.  Online registration is also available by visiting the studio website at www.performwithmusicworks.com.
