Loving Mother

WAYNESVILLE — Nancy Norris Ward, 78, of Waynesville, went to be with her Lord Dec. 4, 2012, at home, surrounded by her loving family, after losing her battle with cancer. A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late James Elmer and Caddie Webb Norris.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Claude C. Ward; two brothers and one sister.

She attended Mission Baptist Church. Nancy enjoyed working puzzles, making crafts, fishing and spending time with her grandchildren.
