More than 200 North Canton Elementary School students were rolling in the fun at Smoky Mountain Sk8way on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons as a reward for good behavior.

NCES kindergartners, first and second-graders filled the skating rink on Tuesday, and on Wednesday students in grades 3-5 took their turn in the rink. Students enjoyed roller skating, arcade games, snacks, a bouncy house, a pool table, prize tickets and plenty of dancing.

The event was sponsored by the PTO as a way to reward students who behaved in class and didn't have excessive tardies.
