North Waynesville study is done
J.M. Teague Engineering, PLLC, Brooks Engineering Associates, and Kostelec Planning are holding a drop-in public meeting to discuss the progress of and review recommendation options for the North Main Street Complete Streets Study.
The session is being held from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 16, in the second floor board room of the Town Hall Building located at 9 South Main Street in Waynesville, North Carolina.
This meeting will be a recommendation review to share the project’s progress with area residents and local businesses. The project team’s goal is to incorporate the philosophy of ‘Complete Streets,’ a national movement in transportation design that focuses on the safety of users of all ages, abilities, or mode of travel. The team invites final thoughts and input before the final presentation to the town.
