Notes on Quotes: Hiking and Old Wives’ Tales and Sayings

Western Carolina University has an exciting new 6.7 mile trail system for hikers as well as bikers and runners which was dedicated just last month by Chancellor David Belcher and Josh Whitmore, associate director of outdoor programs at Western Carolina University. The trail is open to the public and is already one of the most hiked trails in the region. Given the gorgeous spring like weather, we decided to join all the other hikers on the new trail.
