TRINITY — Mrs. Patricia “Pat” Bost Wood, 66, a resident of Trinity, passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2012, in the Hinkle Hospice House. She was born Jan. 19, 1946, in Haywood County, daughter of the late George Winston “Bud” Bost and Nora Galloway Bost. She was a resident of this area most of her life and was a member of Peace Christian Church in High Point. She was a graduate of Hamlet Hospital School of Nursing. Mrs. Wood formerly served as a registered nurse with Thomasville Medical Center, former administrator of Piedmont Christian Home and was last employed with Centerclaire of Lexington. She also was a former dance instructor and was a personal coach for several Miss North Carolina Contestants.
