Pauline Messer Frazier
Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother
WAYNESVILLE — Pauline Messer Frazier, 78, Waynesville, went to be with the Lord Dec. 10, 2012. She was born in Haywood County, Aug. 3, 1934, to the late Johnie and Glenna Truitt Messer. Pauline was a retired assistant manager of Goody’s for many years in Waynesville. She was a member of the Camp Branch Baptist Church. She had a great love for her family and collected many photographs of them.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Roger Frazier, one brother, William Messer and two sisters, Nancy Messer Gilliland and Clara Messer Riggins.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Robert “Bob” Frazier, son, Robert “Bob” Frazier and his wife, Rebecca, of Canton, daughter, Joni Britt and her husband, Keith, of Clyde, eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, in the chapel of Garrett Funerals and Cremations. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Green Hill Cemetery.
