WEST PALM BEACH, FL — Phil was born in Rockford, Ohio Oct. 28, 1935, (77) and passed away Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2013. He was the last of five children, one brother (Jim) surviving.

Phil is survived by his amazing bride of 54 years, Martha; two devoted daughters, Mindy (Phil) Lewis and Kim (Tim) Martin; and three loving grandchildren, Justin Martin, Noelle (Shawn) Clark and Bethany (Reid) Yoder.

Phil was raised in Fairmount, Indiana and graduated from Fairmount High School in 1954. Phil served in the U.S. Army and later became an auto parts salesman. Phil enjoyed collecting antique John Deere tractors and sharing his treasures with family and friends. Phil never knew a stranger; he loved to talk with people and share life stories.

He attended Allen's Creek Church in Waynesville and is now celebrating eternity in heaven. An immediate private service attended by family was held, with the Rev. Phil Lewis officiating. Cremation was in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
