BEREA, Kentucky — When Pisgah Nathan Summey finally made his decision he was going to play baseball at NCAA Division III Berea (KY) College, he could relax and play  baseball for the Haywood Post 47 Dragoons.
However, five days after his decision,  the school awarded him a four-year tuition scholarship currently valued at more than $100,000.
“I was so happy to finally make the decision to go to Berea,” said Summey. “It’s hard to describe what I felt when I heard of the scholarship from Berea. I was honored to say the least.”
