“North Gaston is a very good ball team, they had an an outstanding libero,” said Pisgah Head Coach Megan Woods. “They had some killer serves and all of their serves dove off at the ten foot line. That was the two things that they had going for them. To come from behind in all three sets and win says a lot about our girls. We played very well as a team and fought hard.”
Leading Pisgah were Mariah Lewis (14 kills, 1 assist, 7 blocks, 8 digs), Sheridan Pressley (4 aces, 5 kills, 34 assists, 4 blocks, 5 digs), Amber Cochran (2 aces, 2 kills, 16 digs), Montana Moore (5 kills, 10 digs), Shelby Tomassi (2 kills, 1 dig), Emily Rhea (3 blocks, 4 digs), Callie Kuykendall (1 ace, 14 digs) and Brooklyn Allen (1 ace, 12 kills, 17 digs).
