To respond to increased demand and offer more shopper-friendly experiences, Rack Room Shoes has relocated to Waynesville Commons, located at 235 Town Center Loop

Store manager James Messer said the move happened over a two-and-a-half day period at staffers boxed up 14,000 pairs of shoes and moved them across town.

With a 23-year presence in the Waynesville market, the national footwear retailer hopes to better serve its customer base in the new, larger facility.
