RE/MAX opens new office in Waynesville

The Haywood County Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed RE/MAX Mountain Realty with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Mayor Gavin Brown, of Waynesville, and CeCe Hipps, president of the chamber, were just two of many who welcomed the business at their new location in downtown Waynesville.

Representatives from many businesses, fellow merchants, organizations like the Tourism Development Authority and Downtown Waynesville Association were on hand for the ceremony.

RE/MAX Mountain Realty now has three offices in Haywood County — the Main Office at 2177 Russ Ave.; 3073 Soco Road, Maggie Valley; and the new office in downtown Waynesville at 26 N. Main St.

Ron Breese, Brian Noland and Dan Womack, owners of the local franchise noted that they are on track to be the No. 1 real estate office in the county for yet another year in closed sales and total listings available. With three offices and 32 agents, there is always someone available to help customers find their dream house or to help them sell the home or property they have had for many years.

Inside the new RE/MAX location is Perks of the Mountains Coffee Shop. Fresh coffee, espresso, cappuccino drinks, fresh pastries and free WiFi service is available.
