1964 — 2013

BURLINGTON – Robert Bryant Conn, 48, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013.  He was born in Jacksonville, Florida, to the late Robbins Lewis Conn and Amelia Auvil Filmore, who survives.  Robert was a civil engineer and received his bachelor of science degree from NC A&T in Greensboro.

Survivors, other than his mother, of Burlington, include his children, Cody Conn, and fiancé, Tiffany Pierce, of Asheboro, Alexis Conn, of Burlington, Ayden Conn, of Wilkesboro; sisters and brothers-in-law, Kathy and Dale Hardwick, of Georgia, Sandy and Mickey Dills, of Cullowhee; foster parents, Ken and Kathleen Wilson, of Waynesville; several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Samuel Filmore.
