Robert Dunbar Jenkins

POINCIANA, Florida — Robert Dunbar Jenkins went to be with the Lord Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013.

Robert was born in Dec. 12, 1927 in White Oak to Manson V. and Arbie Jenkins. He served in the U.S. Army as a Cpl in the Korean War.

He is survived by his wife, Geneva R. (Jenny) Jenkins; two children, Elizabeth Bullock of Manheim, Pennsylvania and Robert Alan Jenkins of Kissimmee, Florida; three grandchildren, Kellie Cernobyl of Bear, Delaware, Lisa True of Mount Joy, Pennsylvania and Steve Bullock of Manheim, Pennsylvania; one great-granddaughter, Elania Cernobyl of Bear, Delaware; his two sisters, Polly Wyatt of Valdese and Catherine Lowe of Waynesville; and a brother, Fred Jenkins, also of Waynesville.

A memorial service was held at 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30 at Osceola Memory Gardens, Poinciana, Florida. Arrangements are under the artful care of Osceola Memory Gardens, 3175 Pleasant Hill Rd., Poinciana, FL 34746.
