Despite the rain, a determined group of runners showed up for the first-ever Folkmoot 4.01K run Saturday morning. The race, which wound through downtown Waynesville, raised money for Folkmoot USA, which is just about here. The 29th annual festival of dance and music starts this Wednesday, July 18, and continues through July 29 in locations throughout Western North Carolina..
