Learn to safely can low acid vegetables in a Pressure Canner. This is a hands on class which will present research based content on how to safely use a pressure canner.  Participants will can and take home green beans and one other low acid vegetable. Please note that this class will take place at the Pigeon Community Multicultural Development Center.
