Even astute people can be conned. That is why the Senior Resource Center of Haywood County is sponsoring a Scam Jam on Tuesday, September 4th at 10 a.m., 81 Elmwood Way, Waynesville. It is important to raise awareness of scams prevalent in our state and in our local area in order to be armed against them.
