A portion of the physical therapy services offered through MedWest-Haywood has moved into the hospital's new Outpatient Care Center at  581 Leroy George Dr.,

Rehabilitation services now available at the new center include a sports and performance enhancement section, a state-of-the-art hand and upper extremity rehabilitation suite, a back and neck rehabilitation center, sports and orthopedic equipment, a computerized hand function simulator, and athletic training for injured athletes, said Chuck Nettles, DPT, director of rehabilitation and sports medicine services.

Expanded hand therapy services include staff specially trained in hand rehabilitation.
