Interested in learning how to save seeds from your garden? Would you like to protect the diversity of the plants grown in our area? Presenting this program is Lee Barnes (local bioregional permaculture specialist, geomancer and seed saving expert). He will teach the importance and simplicity of saving seeds. Free and open to all. Joining the discussion will be special guests Tina Masciarelli from “Buy Haywood” and local organic farmer and seed saver John Young. Also, learn about the library’s new SEED LENDING LIBRARY starting March 2014. Join the discussion, share your experiences or ask questions...it will be a time of learning!
