Silver Bluff Village earns Customer Experience Award

CANTON — Silver Bluff Village, a Canton–based provider of skilled nursing and rehab services, is the recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2017 Customer Experience Award.

“We are very grateful for the recognition and quality endorsement this award represents,” said Lisa Leatherwood, administrator of Silver Bluff Village. “It is an honor to have the hard work of our talented, supportive, and capable staff recognized with this prestigious award.”

Throughout its 32-year history of serving the community, Silver Bluff has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met.

Over the course of 2016, a sampling of Silver Bluff’s customers and their families have participated in monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate Silver Bluff in specific categories.

Every month, Silver Bluff Village has gathered its real-time survey results in order to gain a better understanding of the resident’s needs and make improvements when necessary.

By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award, Silver Bluff Village has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15 percent of the nation across a 12-month average.

Clients have the opportunity to achieve this Best in Class distinction on a monthly basis in many categories designed to accurately reflect each resident’s experience.
